Jezelf (kunnen en mogen) zijn is een eerste levensbehoefte. Vaak wordt er gezegd ‘Je bent niet bij jezelf’ of ‘Ik ben op zoek naar mezelf’. Om jezelf te kunnen zijn moet je weten hoe je ‘bij jezelf kunt komen’. Pianomuziek is een fantastisch medium om tot jezelf te kunnen komen. In die zin is de pianovibratiebeleving dan ook een therapeutische benadering; een zelfhulpmethode zonder woorden maar mét klanken.
